Signed copies are prepared and shipped from France. Typical preparation time is 5–7 business days, excluding carrier transit time.

Tracking

When your parcel ships, you should receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Personalised goods (dedicated copies) may be exempt from withdrawal once personalisation has begun.
